How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps inside the app to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

Open the Tap The Dead app Launch the game on your device or at tapthedead.com.

Tap the Profile icon It appears at the top of the main screen (looks like 👤). This opens your Profile page.

Scroll down to the red button Near the bottom of the Profile screen you'll find the 🗑️ Delete Account & All Data button.

Confirm deletion A confirmation prompt will appear. Tap Delete to proceed. This action is immediate and cannot be undone.

The following data is permanently and immediately removed from our servers upon deletion:

Note: Deletion is permanent. There is no grace period or account recovery once confirmed.

Anonymised analytics events — gameplay events stripped of personal identifiers may be retained by Firebase Analytics for up to 90 days per Google's standard data pipeline.

Purchase transaction records — order IDs and transaction references may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable tax and financial regulations. We do not retain your payment card details.
📱
Local device data — any data stored in your device's local storage or app cache is not automatically removed. You can clear it by uninstalling the app or clearing app data in your device settings.

Deleting your account does not issue a refund for any in-app purchases. All purchases are final per the policies of the relevant store:
